Two Guys Pizza in Groveland. The place to stop after a long day on the trail.
I always stop at Two Guys Pizza on my way home from Yosemite. The calzones are wonderful cheeze filled bliss after a long trip or a day hiking. You can sit out on the deck and enjoy a beer or soda while you relax and talk about the trip.
It’s a couple blocks off highway 120 in Groveland, Ca which means you have to drive for about an hour before eating, but it makes that stretch out of the park through the winding mountain roads bearable when you know a calzone is waiting for you.
Get the small calzone, it’s big.

Directions:
Around 50 miles from Yosemite Valley on Hwy 120 toward Manteca.
Right when you come down the steep twisting turn into Groveland, take your first right onto Ferretti Road. Go down Ferretti for about 2 blocks and you will see it on your right.
Do not go to the restaurant on the corner of Ferretti and Hwy 120, they have a sign that says pizza to get you in, but the service is terrible and the food is yucky. Plus, the place is filled with tourists off the road who don’t know about Two Guys.
